UCHealth invites applications for the RN Fellowship in Medical/Surgical Progressive Care. This opportunity is designed for registered nurses to enhance their skills in managing complex patient situations in our progressive care unit. Successful candidates will join a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to formulate care plans. Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on illness management and prevention strategies. Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in medical surgical care. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Excellent communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to handle high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado BLS Certification required; ACLS Certification desired
