Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Procurement and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role
combines responsibilities in both purchasing and business
development, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and
services while driving sales growth through client relationship
management and solution-based selling. Key Responsibilities:
Procurement: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to
obtain high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
Issue purchase orders, manage inventory levels, and track shipments
to ensure timely delivery. Monitor supplier performance and develop
strong vendor relationships to improve lead times and pricing.
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and align
purchasing strategies with business needs. Maintain accurate
procurement records and documentation in ERP or purchasing systems.
Sales: Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients to meet
or exceed sales targets. Present product/service offerings to
prospects and existing clients, highlighting value and ROI. Prepare
and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing structures.
Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure client
satisfaction and delivery excellence. Analyze market trends,
competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend strategic
improvements. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in procurement,
sales, or a combined role. Strong negotiation, communication, and
interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
(e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce). Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven mindset with
a strong sense of accountability. Preferred Skills:
Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., construction, tech hardware,
industrial equipment). Experience with international sourcing and
logistics. Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
