Job Summary: We are looking for a new team member to generate,
manage and grow our sales and events in Denver, Lafayette, and
Estes Park. We have some of the most SELLABLE spaces and well
respected restaruants in Denver - Nearly 30 years of operational
excellence - means we want the BEST! Is that you?! Our Regional
Sales & Events Manager is responsible for aggressively soliciting,
selling, booking events, and generating onsite group dining sales
as well as off-site catering sales at Big Red F restaurants in
these territories: Denver, Lafayette, and Estes Park. Relationships
are your 'juice' and satisfaction is drawn from throwing an amazing
party and closing the deal. You will work intimately with clients,
guests and restaurant managers to develop BEOs and blueprints for
unforgettably stunning events and catering.
You must be able to thrive within evolution and change (persevere),

and not get upset when things are up in the air (indominable), with
a focus on always meeting and exceeding the needs and requests of
your guests(selfless hospitalitarian). You are passionate about
helping people with their events & catering needs, are energetic

self-managed environment. You are organized, detail-oriented and a
persistent, concise communicator. You thrive on closing deals and
creating memories.
Responsibilities:
Proactively and successfully sell the restaurant and private dining
spaces and catering offerings of BigRedF restaurants in Devner,
Lafatette, and Estes Park
Work in concert with other sales managers, and location Chefs &
GMs
Reach or exceed quarterly and yearly budgeted sales goals
Receive and respond to leads within 24 hours
Perform site visits and arrange tastings for prospective
clients
Negotiate and secure contracts and collect deposits for all
confirmed events
Plan and confirm event menus and details for all events
Coordinate all rentals, florals and additional special details as
requested
Prepare BEOs and communicate all event details to restaurant
management teams
Attend events as needed
Process and manage events & catering payments
Perform sales outreach to build relationships and generate
sales
Assist with all needs of the sales & events team
Qualifications:
Required: A minimum of 2 years experience in event sales &
management for the hospitality industry in Denver and oversight of
at least $500k in annual sales
Experience working cross-departmentally with operations, culinary,
marketing, and finance
Possess basic financial skills Proficient knowledge of Triple Seat
and/or other web based event management software
Working knowledge of restaurant POS, Excel (spreadsheets) and
Google Suite
Experience managing social media content is a plus (Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (menu
creation)
Physical Demands:
Flexibility to travel to Big Red F restaurants and outside venues
for meetings, client walk-throughs, training, etc.
Flexibility to work some nights, weekends and holidays as
needed
Availability to respond to client emails and calls outside of
regular business hours when duty calls
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary + Commissioned on sales
Total Compensation estimate including commissions: $85,000 -
$90,000
