Job Description:

*What You Will Be Doing*

* Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC and related equipment
* Coordinate day-to-day service agreements or assigned projects
* Respond to a high volume of service calls professionally and efficiently
* Clearly communicate with customers and provide effective solutions
* Perform safety checks and system
* Complete paperwork and service reports promptly and accurately
* Maintain and improve technical knowledge through continued learning

*Required Qualifications*
* Strong troubleshooting skills with HVAC systems and components (chillers, boilers, air handlers, refrigeration, controls)
* Universal EPA certification
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

*Preferred Qualifications*
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a busy call schedule
* Commitment to staying current with tools, manuals, and industry updates
