    • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
    • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs.
    • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
    • Select tools, materials and equipment, and track inventory.
    • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
    • Review the work progress on daily basis.
    • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
    • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
    • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.ProfileThe Successful Construction Site Superintendent will have the following:
      • 10-12 years superintendent experience with multifamily/wood frame/podium style construction
      • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
      • Able to analyze problems and strategies for better solutions
      • Self-motivated and self-directed
      • Organized and able to create multiple timeliness, budgets, and schedules
      • Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferredJob OfferPackage includes but is not limited to:
