The Superintendent - Commercial Construction is in charge of assisting with or planning a construction project, ensuring that it is finished in a quality manner, on schedule, and within budget. They will also develop and maintain a positive company reputation with the design-build construction team, the client, and the community.Client DetailsGeneral Contractor headquartered in Colorado looking to expand their team due to the amount of work they have in the pipeline. DescriptionSuperintendent - Commercial Construction is expected to:

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.ProfileSuperintendent - Commercial Construction has a background similar to:
  • Ground up construction experience
  • Wood frame and steel commercial experience required- 5+ years experience as superintendent
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.Job Offer
