  Responsibilities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
    
  • Monitor and document vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
    
  • Safely assist residents with mobility and transfers, following proper lifting techniques.
    
  • Maintain a clean, organized environment by providing light housekeeping and laundry services.
    
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
    
  • Work closely with nursing staff to ensure the highest quality care for all residents.
    
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, contributing to their mental and emotional well-being.
    
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
    
  • Support recreational and therapeutic activities as needed.
    
    
    Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
      
    • Previous experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital setting is preferred.
      
    • Strong understanding of basic medical terminology and patient care procedures.
      
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare setting.
      
    • Compassionate and patient-focused, with excellent communication skills.
      
    • Physically capable of performing all essential duties, including lifting and moving residents.
      
      
      Compensation:
      
      
      • 
        
      • Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.
