talented Senior Systems Engineer to support the team responsible
for operating a high priority operational system. The candidate
must have the ability to be a technically minded problem-solver, be
able to focus on the task at hand, follow through on the prescribed

- Provide to Mission Execution functions.
- Develop and maintain situational awareness through system
monitoring. -
- Conduct quick decisions in line with customer priorities and
expectations. -
- Provide support to mission planning functions through feedback.

- Coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shift schedule that can
include weekends, nights and holidays.Qualifications You Must Have
-
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5
years of prior engineering experience or equivalent
experience.
- Experience with mission management/mission planning
software.
- Experience in PowerPoint and presentations.
- An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government
issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S.
citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the
required security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer

- MS Office proficiency.
- Test experience.

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our
products.The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the
role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work
experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired
applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited
