world. As a Digital Program Architect, you will provide technical
leadership to the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) capture teams (This
role supports ASDS Programs) across multiple capture efforts
collaborating with peers, stakeholders, and leaders to architect
innovative and secure Digital Technology (DT) solutions for program
captures and IRAD efforts. The Program Architect partners with
engineering and capture teams as well as DT experts to assess and
respond to customer technology needs leveraging emerging industry
and internal DT capabilities that influence our product lines and
create market opportunities. Responsibilities also include
architectural and design efforts to develop new capabilities in
support of business growth objectives. Successful Program
Architects possess proven systems architecture and infrastructure
design skills, apply industry advanced concepts such as Cloud,
Internet of Things (IoT), DevSecOps, High Performance Computing
(HPC), and advanced communications technologies while leveraging
excellent interpersonal, and communications skills to develop
innovative, robust, and affordable Digital technology solutions.
What You Will Do: Assess where DT capabilities and emerging
technologies can be applied to capture efforts to increase the
likelihood our solutions will be selected. Develop DT pursuit
strategies and provide technical leadership across multiple capture
efforts. Develop Architectures and solutions, conveying these
architectures and their benefits in a compelling way in formal
proposals to end customers. Collaborate with business capture teams
to develop concepts for communications, computing environments, and
embedded tactical networked systems, across a wide variety of
platforms and environments. Serve as a pursuit author or technical
volume lead as appropriate. Develop technology roadmaps for SBU.
Create and leverage end customer relationships. Influence peers to
create cross-company solutions in support of company growth.
Leverage Corporate DT Secure architecture solutions for
collaborative networks both domestically and internationally,
including Import / Export and ITAR/EAR solutions. Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent
experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience.
Experience in system architecture and engaging customers to develop
systems design (including architecture, CONOPs, and deployment
options) for both classified and unclassified processing and
communications systems. Experience in capture and pursuit efforts,
including proposal and white paper development. Active and
transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance
is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as
only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer: Strong technical skills across multiple
disciplines, which include: architecture development, cloud
enabling technologies (virtualization, automation, scripting),
compute, storage, networking, encryption, cyber security, etc.
Experience leading a multi-disciplined team of DT professionals
cross functionally. Demonstrated ability to effectively work with
and communicate the customer, all levels of management and with
individual contributors on the program team. Customer facing DT
architecture or pre-sales engineering experience, preferably
supporting DT or defense related technology or service solutions.
Innovative and strategic approach to problem solving. Strong
written, verbal and executive level presentation skills; ability to
decompose, document, and communicate architecture rationale,
approach, design, and governance. Possess an understanding of
Digital Engineering principles including Model Based System
Engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines, and Agile Development
Methodologies. Experience supporting DoD projects and/or startup

This role will require at least 60% onsite presence if located in
Aurora, CO, due to the proximity to the supported program
customers. If located in AZ or MA, the onsite presence will be
closer to 50%(AZ) or 40% (MA). This position requires an active and
transferable US Top Secret Clearance. DCSA Consolidated
Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) , an agency of the Department of
Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
