Job Summary This position provides senior-level technical support to the Multi-Domain Effects Division within the Space Security and Defense Program. The role supports the planning, analysis, integration, and execution of advanced space and multi-domain capabilities in support of national security objectives. The candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, military services, and interdisciplinary technical teams to assess emerging threats, evaluate operational concepts, and support capability development across space, cyber, and related domains. This position requires the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable recommendations for leadership. Work is performed onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, within a fast-paced, mission-focused, classified environment. Essential Job Functions Technical advisor/lead in multiple of the following areas: Military Requirements (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Space Force) Space Architectures DOTMLPF-P Cyber Electronic Warfare Electro-Optical/Infrared Technology transition and fielding Wargaming Modeling and Simulation Material Sciences Will oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Should have the ability to understand complex cost, schedule, and performance data, and make simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action Written documentation and briefing of essential job functions Qualifications A relevant masters degree minimum. Preferred a technical Masters or PhD Minimum seven (7) years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry experience with no less than two (2) years experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment TS clearance with SCI eligibility required Must be self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to be elevated Excellent interpersonal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel) Efficient and accurate work output Good documentation, writing, and reporting skills Must be able to multi-task and maintain deadline punctuality during pressurized situations Contact: 2CircleHumanResources@2circleinc.com www.2circleinc.com People first!
