passionate about safeguarding sensitive information and defending
critical systems? We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join
our rapidly growing team and play a vital role in securing
enterprise infrastructure. At Bluestaq, you'll design innovative
cybersecurity solutions that protect data, ensure compliance, and

opportunity to thrive. Responsibilities: Implement and monitor
security measures to protect enterprise systems, networks, and
data. Identify, define, and enforce security requirements and
compliance standards, such as NIST and ISO/IEC 27001. Configure and
troubleshoot security devices, including firewalls, VPNs, and
intrusion detection systems. Develop and deploy security tools to
address vulnerabilities, automate tasks, and strengthen defenses.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and security
audits to identify and resolve gaps. Analyze logs and monitor
security events to detect and respond to potential threats. Ensure
systems remain updated and compliant with evolving security
regulations. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to deliver
secure authentication, encryption, and access control solutions.
Evaluate and recommend emerging security technologies for enhanced
protection. Qualifications: CISSP or equivalent required; IAT Level
II/III certifications preferred. Knowledge of compliance frameworks
such as NIST and ISO/IEC 27001. Experience with Linux and Windows
operating systems, network security configurations, and cloud
environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Hands-on experience with
security automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Packer.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex
security challenges. Ability to clearly articulate security
strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred
Qualifications: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or CompTIA Security
certifications. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages
such as Python, Java, or Ruby. Familiarity with Agile development
practices. Experience with cloud identity and access management
tools. Required Education: 8 years of cybersecurity experience with
a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional
years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted
in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional
years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted
in lieu of a degree. Clearance Requirement: This position requires
the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for a
security clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee
must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.
Eligibility for a TS/SCI Clearance will be assessed as part of the

Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on
a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be
able to access and navigate each department at the organization's

comes first. Salary Range (CO) $112,000—$142,000 USD
