As a Systems Engineer you will: Assume both financial and technical responsibility for the mission. Collaborate with team senior leadership, government customers, and technical Subject Matter Experts to manage system development. This is a 12 month with possible extension opportunity. Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI The ideal candidate will have: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience Experience decomposing system design Experience with technical proposals and/or new business development Agile software development experience in the role of Product Owner or Scrum Master Prefer Proven ability to develop solutions that meet system performance, availability, and reliability constraints Strong track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships across all organizational levels, including government customers, IPT leadership, technical leads, chief engineers, and system architects Skilled in communicating status updates, identifying issues, and presenting resolution plans to key stakeholders?including Raytheon senior management, customers, and major subcontractors?while managing multiple concurrent project deliverables under tight deadlines Experience with proven record of accomplishments Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operations Pay Rate:- $85/hr.-$91/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
