detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Manager to lead vendor
negotiations, optimize material costs, and enhance supply chain
efficiency. This is a key leadership role that will directly impact

Description Key Responsibilities: Write clear, comprehensive scopes
of work to guide subcontractors and vendors with accuracy and
consistency Manage the RFP process by sending bid requests,
tracking responses, and ensuring timely follow-up Analyze incoming
bids to spot discrepancies, overlaps, or gaps in scope and ensure
alignment with project needs Develop and refine project budgets
using a combination of vendor proposals, historical data, and cost
research Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and
suppliers to secure competitive rates without compromising quality
Issue work orders and manage change orders related to customer
selections or design modifications Vet and onboard new trade
partners , ensuring alignment with company quality standards and
project expectations Coordinate closely with field teams and
external partners to confirm that execution matches documentation
and company protocols Contribute to the ongoing improvement of
purchasing systems and workflows , identifying areas for increased
efficiency and cost control Profile Qualifications: At least 2
years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related
construction support role (construction coordination experience is
a strong plus) Clear, confident communicator with strong writing
skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and
vendors Highly organized and detail-driven, with the ability to
manage multiple priorities and stay ahead of deadlines Comfortable
using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook);
familiarity with construction management software is a bonus Able
to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and construction
documents with confidence Brings a track record of effective
negotiation and supplier management This is a full-time, on-site
role based in Boulder, CO - local presence is essential to
collaborate with the team and vendors Job Offer Whats on offer:
Competitive base salary ranging from $78,000 to $102,000 ,
depending on experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus
