Job Description:
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Loveland, CO $28–$32/hour DOE
Fully In-Office | Contract We’re partnering with a well-established
organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a
high-volume recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who
enjoys coordination, candidate interaction, and keeping hiring
processes running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do
Support Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative and
scheduling needs Create and review job requisitions for accuracy in
the applicant tracking system Post open roles to internal and
external job boards Assist with candidate screening and status
updates in the ATS Schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and
onsite interviews Coordinate interview logistics, including travel
when needed Draft offer letters using company templates Create
basic recruitment marketing materials (flyers, postings, etc.)
Provide a positive, professional candidate experience throughout
the hiring process Assist with additional recruiting or
administrative tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For High school
diploma or GED required 2 years of experience in recruiting
coordination, HR support, or administrative roles with heavy
scheduling Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
(SuccessFactors, Workday, iCIMS, UKG Pro, or similar) Strong
proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Excellent organization and time-management skills Strong written
and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and
ability to manage competing priorities Professional discretion and
ability to handle confidential information Why This Role
