Position Title: Instructional Systems Designer Location: Hybrid
(50% On-site / 50% Remote) Work Schedule: Full-Time, 4x10s

Design Team Position Summary: The Instructional Systems Designer
will support the Space Instructional Systems Design team by
managing projects and developing high-quality learning and training
solutions for the Quality and Human Resources business units. This
role combines instructional design expertise with strong project
management skills to deliver timely, effective, and engaging
training programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects while applying
industry-standard design methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Apply
instructional design models such as ADDIE and adult learning
principles to design impactful training materials. Collaborate with
SMEs to develop a wide range of learning content, including
instructor-led training, e-learning courses, and upskilling
modules. Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, tracking
timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Ensure quality,
accuracy, and timely delivery of training content across
initiatives. Design and implement methods for evaluating training
effectiveness and learning outcomes. Develop training strategies
that support enterprise learning objectives and performance
improvement. Provide instructional design guidance to team members
and business stakeholders. Adapt quickly to evolving project
priorities and manage competing deadlines. Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple instructional design
projects concurrently. Experience collaborating with course
developers, SMEs, and business stakeholders. Strong project
management skills with a focus on scope, strategy, and
prioritization. Proficiency in instructional design and adult
learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE). Excellent organizational,
time management, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to
handle dynamic priorities and assess urgency to complete tasks on
time. Desired Qualifications: Experience designing and implementing
company-wide or program-level learning strategies. Proficiency in
e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise),
TechSmith Camtasia/SnagIt, Evolve, Adobe InDesign/Captivate.
Familiarity with collaboration tools including Google Suite, MS
Office, Confluence, Jira, Trello. Experience developing evaluation
metrics for training effectiveness. Ability to comprehend and
translate technical content into accessible training formats.
Comfortable navigating complex group dynamics and adapting to
real-time content and process changes. Additional Information for
