We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team and elevate our kitchen to new heights. Position Summary: The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, and inspire a team of culinary professionals. This is a leadership role requiring creativity, precision, and a deep commitment to hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all kitchen staff, scheduling, and training Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect member preferences and current trends Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, service, and inventory control Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times Collaborate with F&B management on special events, banquets, and private dining Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals Foster a team-oriented and professional kitchen environment Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or private club Culinary degree or formal training preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Deep knowledge of diverse cuisines, seasonal ingredients, and contemporary techniques Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Join us at where tradition meets innovation and where your culinary passion will be appreciated by an engaged and discerning membership.
