Description Location: UCHealth Admin 2450 Peoria, US:CO:Aurora
Department: Centralized Telemetry Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00
hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights - From 7 pm to 7:30
am. 3 days per week. Pay: $20.15 - $30.22 / hour. Pay is dependent
on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role
and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Monitors
patients on telemetry devices and monitors at-risk patients on
Safety View devices. Responsibilities: Performs surveillance of
multiple patients and recognizes abnormal findings. Reports and
documents findings. Recognizes, intervenes, reports and documents
abnormal findings or at-risk behavior during monitoring. Maintains
telemetry records, rhythm strips and charting documentation in EMR.
Greets patients, answers phone calls and assists health care team
with patient visits. Performs clerical tasks as needed. Within
scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement
and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to
work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements: Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or
GED, or in lieu of HS/GED, satisfactory completion of
UCHealth-administered basic competency test is required. Preferred:
EKG training. Required Licensure/Certification: None required.
Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry experience.
