Intermountain Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit health system based in Utah, is seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Tech to join our dynamic imaging team. This role focuses on performing computed tomography (CT) scans, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high diagnostic quality. The ideal candidate will be equipped with technical proficiency in CT imaging, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician's orders. Ensure the safety of patients during all aspects of procedures, including the use of protective equipment and adherence to radiation safety procedures. Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, prepare equipment, and manage patient records. Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency. Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and their families. Proficient in CT technology and equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and privacy. Knowledge of radiology safety and protocols.
