Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Evergreen, CO where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a mountain community. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in outpatient settings required. Client prefers candidates with experience conducting 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions. Ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services, and document in compliance with clinic and payer requirements. Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and workplace safety practices. Willingness to participate in student supervision and support professional development activities. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Colorado Practice Act. Preferred: prior experience in Select Medical or similar outpatient clinic environments and familiarity with charge entry, letters of medical necessity, and functional quality indicator assessments. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts). Duration: 13 weeks. Patient Care Model: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.
