The facility serves a large patient population with 284 beds and boasts a well-equipped main operating room staffed by a dedicated team of 55 professionals. The operating room utilizes Meditech EMR systems to streamline patient care, and the unit supports a diverse range of surgical procedures, excluding burns, transplants, and heart surgeries. Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary operating room setting. Collaborate with surgical teams including trauma and vascular specialists to deliver high-quality patient care. Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate documentation and communication. Adhere to unit guidelines and policies to maintain a safe and efficient surgical environment. Participate actively in trauma and vascular cases, applying critical thinking and advanced clinical skills. Qualifications and Experience: Current RN licensure with verified experience in an operating room setting. Proficient with Meditech electronic medical records. ACLS and PALS certifications required. Trauma and vascular surgery experience preferred. Self-motivated with an easy-going personality well-suited to team collaboration.
