Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our Regional Float Pool team. In this role, the RN
will travel across various regional UCHealth facilities, providing
high-quality acute care and enhancing our reputation for excellence
in patient health outcomes. This position demands a high degree of
adaptability and proficiency in managing diverse patient care
environments and clinical situations. The ideal candidate will
thrive in dynamic settings, demonstrating a commitment to resilient
and comprehensive nursing practices. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to patients Assess patients' conditions
and implement appropriate nursing interventions Work
collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient
care across various units Adapt to different clinical environments
and effectively manage varying patient care needs Document patient
care services accurately and comply with healthcare regulations
Strong clinical skills in acute care nursing Ability to work
flexibly across different hospital units Excellent communication
and teamwork skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and
patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse
license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification from the
American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS certification
preferred
