Evaluate patients’ condition and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Help patients improve their mobility and manage pain through exercises, therapies, and treatments Maintain patient records and document patient care services Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan supporting treatments and patient care Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and preventive measures Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical workload and manual dexterity Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid State Physical Therapy License CPR Certification recommended
