The ideal candidate will possess a high level of clinical expertise and the ability to manage complex patient situations in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatments as necessary while providing complex post-operative care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative care Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing best practices Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Patient assessment and monitoring Ability to work under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license within the state of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
