Job Description The job functions of the Medical Director of the
ED Observation Unit are: To oversee day-to-day management of the
unit Responsible for peer review, quality assurance, provider
staffing Patient complaints and management of patient protocols To
provide leadership in the operations of the unit Requirements Board
certified in Emergency Medicine Previous administrative/leadership
experience desirable Maintain active State license Additional
