The Surgical Technologist III will work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, supporting surgeons and other healthcare professionals in advanced surgical procedures. Responsibilities include preparing operation rooms, arranging equipment, and assisting during surgeries. This position demands a highly organized, thorough, and attentive individual able to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced setting. Prepare and organize the operating room environment before surgery Sterilize instruments, equipment, and surgical materials Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and other sterile supplies Help in positioning patients on the operating table Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection during surgical procedures Assist in monitoring and assessing operating room conditions Help in the collection and labeling of specimens taken during surgical procedures Follow post-operative procedures for equipment breakdown and room clean up In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment Proficiency in sterilization techniques Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
