Job Description:
UCHealth, a prestigious Colorado-based nonprofit health care
system, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel RN Infusion
Float Pool to provide expertise and patient care in various
settings across our network. This role requires substantial
specialty knowledge in infusion therapies and the ability to adjust
to different clinical environments. The successful candidate will
be traveling to multiple facilities, ensuring the highest standards
of infusion care are maintained wherever they are assigned.
Administer infusion and medication treatments to patients across
various UCHealth facilities. Monitor patient reactions and
progress; adjust treatments as necessary under established
protocols. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and
in-home care requirements. Maintain accurate patient records and
documentation for all clinical activities. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote patient outcomes.
Proficiency in various infusion therapy techniques. Strong
competency in using medical technologies and patient management
systems. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex
treatment plans. Capacity to adapt to varying clinical environments
quickly. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Colorado. BLS/CPR certification required. Additional certification
in Infusion Nursing (CRNI) preferred.
