Job Description:

an experienced RN Stroke Services Coordinator. This vital role is
designed to bridge the gap between neurology services and patient
care management, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced
patient outcomes in stroke treatment. Our ideal candidate,

coordinate multidisciplinary activities and ensure our stroke care
services meet all regulatory requirements and uphold our reputation
of providing high-quality and compassionate care. Develop and
implement stroke care protocols and education for staff across
departments. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive
patient care and rehabilitation strategies. Monitor patient care
processes, outcomes, and stroke service performance. Ensure
compliance with all national standards and certifying body
requirements for stroke care. Offer education and training sessions
for healthcare providers on the latest stroke treatment
advancements and practices. Participate in research and data
analysis related to stroke treatments and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals across the network to
share knowledge and improve services. In-depth knowledge of stroke
care protocols and treatment guidelines Ability to lead and
motivate a multidisciplinary team Excellent organizational and
communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities Proficiency in medical software and electronic health
record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state
of Colorado Certification as a Stroke Certified Registered Nurse
(SCRN) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certifications
