Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting, focusing on elective surgical cases such as orthopedic, spine, cardiovascular, plastics, gynecology, robotics, and urology surgeries. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Utilize Meditech electronic medical records system for accurate documentation. Adhere to unit guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe and efficient workflow. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the surgical schedule and team. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years experience in OR nursing. Proficiency in managing elective surgical cases; exposure to orthopedic/spine and cardiovascular procedures is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible, outstanding personality, capable of working well within a team-oriented environment. Experience with Meditech EMR is a plus. Schedule: Day shifts primarily, hours typically from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM depending on assignment needs.
