of Staff 53 Type of staff: Night Shift 1 Charge Nurse & 1 tech
in-house one trauma team on-call, 1 neuro tech on-call 1 heart team
on-call (2 RN 1 CST) Patient Ratios 2:1 Type of equipment - OR EMR
- Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
(Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without
these skills will not be considered for the role. OR Charge Nurse
Experience Trauma Level II experience Preferred or nice to have:
candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical
procedures performed on unit(s): General OR surgeries, Neuro/Spine,
CVT, Ortho, GYN, Robotics Best personality Fit: Flexible, easy
