Job Description Job Title: Vascular Surgeon - Pueblo, Colorado Job Type: Full-Time (No Locums, Permanent Only) Salary Range: $450,000 – $530,000/year (plus bonus potential) Start Date: ASAP Position Overview: A leading regional health system in Pueblo, Colorado is actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon with at least 3 years of post-residency experience. Join a well-established and collaborative surgical team focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered vascular care. Position Highlights: - Join a growing team with 2 vascular surgeons and 3 PAs - 3 full-time vascular technicians on-site - Dedicated Hybrid OR with block time - EPIC EMR used across the system - Collegial, patient-focused work environment - Not open to Locums or new grads Qualifications: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery - Minimum 3 years of post-residency vascular surgery experience required - Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain - Clean malpractice history preferred - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available) Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive base salary: $450K–$530K annually - Potential quality and productivity bonuses - Full suite of health and retirement benefits - CME allowance - Malpractice coverage provided - Relocation assistance available
