opportunities Job Description The RN Weekend Supervisor provides
direct supervision to the weekend staff members on duty at the
facility. Provides guidance/leadership for RN work activities on
the weekend in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications RN management or supervisor experience in long-term
care or geriatric nursing. • Current state license to practice as a
nurse. Current CPR certification and additional certification in
nursing specialty desired. • Ability to communicate effectively
orally and in written form. • Friendly, approachable and possess
the ability to address any and all performance concerns as
observed. • Observing and reviewing nurse practice to provide
optimum care for the residents at Skyline Ridge Nursing &
Rehabilitation Center.
