Job Description:
Position Overview
The Clinical Director is responsible for developing, implementing,
and supervising high-quality, client care, ensuring regulatory
compliance, managing clinical staff, and fostering a therapeutic
environment that promotes recovery and healing for our clients.
Qualifications
--- Master's degree required.--- Active license in the state of
Colorado (LPC / LPCC / LSW / LCSW / MFTC / LMFT).--- Minimum of 5
years of clinical experience in behavioral health.--- At least 3
years experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in
a residential or inpatient setting.--- Strong leadership,
communication, and organizational skills.--- Proficiency with EHR
systems and clinical documentation.--- Deep understanding of
addiction, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight:
--- Provide strategic leadership and clinical direction to ensure
effective delivery of treatment services.--- Supervise and support
clinical staff including therapists, counselors, and case
managers.--- Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures,
and treatment protocols in compliance with state, federal, and
accreditation standards.Program Development & Quality Assurance:---
Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with
best practices and client needs.--- Monitor clinical outcomes and
lead quality improvement initiatives.--- Coordinate with the
medical and operation teams to ensure integrated care.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
--- Ensure adherence to all licensing and accreditation
requirements (e.g. JCAHO, state agencies).--- Oversee accurate,
timely, and confidential documentation in electronic health records
(EHR).--- Conduct audits and implement corrective action plans when
necessary.
Staff Development & Training:
--- Recruit, train, and evaluate clinical personnel.--- Facilitate
ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, and
continuing education.--- Foster a culture of accountability,
collaboration, and professional growth.
Client Care & Advocacy:
--- Serve as a clinical resource for crisis intervention and
complex case management.--- Promote trauma-informed, culturally
competent, and client-centered care.--- Engage with families,
community partners, and referral sources to support client
outcomes.
Compensation details: 95000-125000 Yearly Salary
