JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining and enforcing the company policies and procedures.
Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.
Has a full understanding of compliance rules and ensures compliance with legal requirements.
Manages all Ordering and Inventory
Upholds visual merchandising standards, checks proper signage, price tags and marketing materials are visible and up to date.
Effectively leads and maintains store communication. Provides employee feedback that is kind and effective.
Maintains a clean, neat and well stocked store.
Responsible for counting the safe at the open and close of each shift.
Responsible for inventory control, count two categories each day and perform adjustments.
Needs to check that all sales go through to METRIC
Responsible for receiving deliveries in METRIC and FlowHub
Apply pricing group sales and creating coupons
Have product knowledge
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Provide a friendly, welcoming environment by greeting guests and getting to know them in order provide excellent service.
Responsible for conducting guest transactions accurately, stocking, inventory control, and joint-rolling.
Responsible for supporting the management team in daily operations, problem-solving, inventory and other duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, general knowledge of cannabis products, and a valid MED badge. Prior retail or dispensary experience is a MUST of 3+ years!

COMPETENCIES:

Show up to work on-time and ready to work
Be familiar with Colorado MED policies and regulations; stay up-to-date to maintain compliance
Cash-handling experience is preferred; basic math is needed for conducting transactions, inventory, etc
Basic computer skills are required
Professional work demeanor to maintain a pleasant and safe environment
