(ISG) is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to become a part of
its team! The successful candidate must have experience in all
aspects of maintenance, including, but not limited to, plumbing,
electrical, painting, HVAC and carpentry. Responsibilities Perform
various maintenance work in the areas of, but not limited to,
plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and carpentry. Repair major
and minor issues with equipment and buildings. Perform general
maintenance on equipment and buildings. Replace electrical
receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors. Complete
maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion. Order and
replace broken parts or equipment. Maintain a clean and a safe
workspace. Perform other duties, as assigned. Qualifications
Experience in all aspects of maintenance such as, but not limited
to, Plumbing/Electrical/Painting/Carpentry. Familiarity with
hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability
to handle physical workload Possess excellent troubleshooting
techniques Building automation system experience a plus High School
diploma or GED Other Requirements Must have a valid driver's
license Must have your own tools Must be able to pass FAA security
screening Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug
