as a Procurement Specialist: Build and maintain strong
relationships with customers by managing requests for spare parts,
service inspections, and more. Review order history, source
materials and parts, and generate timely, accurate quotes. Manage
the CRM with precision - track service requests, update records,
and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to
solve complex supply chain issues with innovative thinking and a
detail-oriented mindset. Take full ownership of the procurement
process and contribute ideas that drive operational excellence.
What We're Looking For in a Procurement Specialist: Experience in
procurement, supply chain, or purchasing within engineering,
construction, or architectural sectors. Strong CRM experience
(Salesforce preferred) with proven ability to analyze and manage
customer and supplier data. Tech-savvy with skills in QuickBooks
Online, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and a readiness to learn Industrial
Information Resources (IIR). Meticulous attention to
detail-accuracy is everything in this role. A proactive,
