are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Civil Engineer to
join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a
pivotal role in our Land Development projects, providing expertise
in site development, grading, erosion control, and land surveying.
The role demands a keen understanding of AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D, and
CAD Drafting. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned
professional to apply their skills and knowledge to a variety of
challenging and rewarding projects. Responsibilities: Manage and
oversee land development projects from conception to completion,
ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the
highest quality standards. Utilize AutoCAD 3D and Civil 3D to
design and draft detailed site plans, grading plans, and erosion
control plans. Conduct land surveys and analyze data to determine
project feasibility. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and
other stakeholders to ensure project success. Prepare and present
project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and
stakeholders. Ensure all designs and projects comply with federal,
state, and local regulations. Provide mentorship and guidance to
junior engineers and other team members. Continuously stay updated
with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related
field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required. A minimum
of 5 years of experience in land development, site development,
grading, and erosion control. Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D,
and CAD Drafting. Experience in land surveying. EIT (Engineer in
Training) or E.I.T. (Engineer Intern) certification is highly
desirable. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local
building regulations and codes. Exceptional project management and
leadership skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven
ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based
environment. A commitment to continuous professional development.
