Award-winning innovations improving global health outcomes High-impact, cross-functional quality leadership role Competitive benefits with 7% 401(k) match & PTO Job Details Proactively monitor and troubleshoot product and process quality at the supplier level Lead audits of supplier systems, identify gaps, and drive CAPA resolution Collaborate on validation plans (IQ/OQ/PQ), process qualifications, and equipment commissioning Review and approve supplier change requests with focus on risk, validation, and compliance Evaluate quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives and prevent issues Interpret and apply FDA, GMP, ISO, and internal quality system regulations Represent supplier quality during new product development projects Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready systems Act as a mentor to junior engineers and quality technicians Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field 5 years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality Deep understanding of FDA/GMP regulations and ISO 13485 Experience with process validations, root cause analysis, and audit execution Strong technical and interpersonal skills – able to influence across teams Interested in hearing more?
