Job Description:
Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division
includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care
through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school
programs . Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and

Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both
accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori
Internationale ) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and
progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
Summary: As a Preschool Teacher at Merryhill Schools, you will
create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning
environments and activities that provide opportunities for students
to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning
objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with
other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the
school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and
student body. Location: 4250 Trail Boss Drive Castle Rock, CO 80104
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm (Monday through Friday)
Student Age Range: Infants to Pre-K ( multiple openings ) Pay
Range: $21.00 to $23.00 (depending on education and experience)

maintains quality education programs . Ensures successful
implementation of approved curriculum. Health & Safety: Prioritizes
a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment. Maintains
compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as
well as all applicable state and federal laws, and internal
policies and procedures. Educate, Inspire, Engage: Our teachers are
enthusiastic about developing life-long learners, genuinely care
about children, and possess the sensitivity and knowledge to
understand a child’s individual needs while fostering an inclusive
classroom. Relationship Building: Have a strong desire to work
collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators and
administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships
with the families, students, and school community. Minimum
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a
minimum high school diploma. Must be able to carry or lift 25
pounds or less (25-50%) often and 25-50 pounds (10-25%)
occasionally. Complies with all company and state-specific
standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the
position. Ability to successfully pass state and federal background
check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to
connect with students. PDIS/Colorado Shines Credential required
