$30.14 (midpoint) - $36.17 (maximum) /n - Estimated hourly base
pay: Level 3: $20.00 (minimum) - $37.50 (midpoint) - $45.00

you're a Horizontal Machinist, we have an exciting opportunity for
you! In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor
and take responsibility for setting up, operating, and maintaining
horizontal machining equipment, such as horizontal mills or
horizontal turning centers, in an industrial setting. This position
requires strong troubleshooting skills, moderate decision-making,
and problem-solving abilities. Working under limited supervision,
you will also provide guidance to other team members as needed. If

opportunity for you! This position is for a second-shift role,
working four days a week, Monday through Thursday (4X10). What You
Will Be Doing /n - Set up and operate machines with little or no
supervision, performing required process checks and inspections per
process documentation. /n - Adhere to all safety standards,
regulations, and operating procedures. /n - Identify, document, and
control nonconforming material per procedures. Implement corrective
actions and root cause solutions to address nonconformance. /n -
Use computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial numbers),
log time, access instructions and blueprints, and download
programs. /n - Refer to work instructions, setup sheets, and method
documents to correctly set up machines and inspect machined parts.
/n - Utilize various gauging equipment to ensure conformance to
engineering specifications and standards throughout the production
run. /n - Collaborate with appropriate teams to develop and
implement process plans and improvements. /n - Clean and maintain
measuring instruments and test equipment, inspecting parts for
cleanliness (e.g., routed and deburring operations). /n - Operate
precision inspection equipment and perform first-piece checkouts
when applicable. /n - Interpret and follow blueprints to ensure
proper task completion. /n /n What We Are Looking For /n - High
School Diploma required. /n - /nLevel 2: Minimum 2 years of
experience running horizontal CNC machines required. /n - /nLevel
3: 5 years of experience running horizontal CNC machines required.
/n - Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity,
including walking, standing, bending, or lifting/moving objects. /n
- Deburring skills preferred. /n - Work performed in an area with
moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety
precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear. /n - May
be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
/n - Experience with horizontal machining equipment, such as
horizontal mills, turning centers, or multi-axis machines,
preferred. /n - Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical
drawings. /n - Knowledge of G&M code for CNC programming and
troubleshooting. /n /n Application window is anticipated to close
