Job Description:
Lead the on-site construction of complex K-12 education projects
from the ground up, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are
always on point. This is a high-impact leadership role with a
builder known for shaping schools that inspire students and

and critical voices in the building process. Description Lead all
on-site construction activities for ground-up and renovation K-12
school projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics,
and safety protocols. Drive project milestones and ensure timely,
high-quality delivery. Collaborate with project managers,
architects, and owners to solve problems proactively. Uphold safety
and compliance standards; run weekly safety meetings and site
walks. Create and maintain site-specific plans, track project
documentation, and support inspections. Serve as the main point of
contact on-site and mentor field staff and labor. Foster a
positive, solution-oriented site culture that aligns with the
school environment. Profile The ideal candidate has 5 years of
experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a
strong preference for those who've built K-12 schools or similar
institutional projects. They're organized, decisive, and excellent
communicators who take pride in delivering work that directly
impacts students and communities. Proficiency in scheduling
software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and site-based
platforms like Procore is highly valued. A calm leader under
pressure, they can coordinate moving parts while maintaining a
clean, safe, and efficient jobsite. Must have OSHA 30 and a proven
track record of leading teams through complex builds. Job Offer
