The Construction Superintendent - Denver coordinates site
activities including trade and field personel in order to complete
multifamily projects on time and within budget. They are in charge
of maintaining quality and safety practices. Client Details Our
client is a north Denver based General Contractor with a project
pipeline extending across thr front range. They are a culture
focused company with many well tenured employees. Description Key
Responsibilities for the Construction Superintendent - Denver
Run/manage commercial construction project from start to finish
Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within
budget Maintain quality and safety standards Mentor and manage team
members Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings Create and
maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
Develop site utilization and logistic plans Demonstrate a leader's
positive attitude and professionalism Profile The Successful
Construction Superintendent - Denver: Ground up commercial
construction experience 5 years of experience in the construction
industry as a commercial/ multifamily construction superintendent
Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
(Procore, Suretrak, Primavera P6, MS Project). This is a Denver
based opportunity but some travel may be necessary. Job Offer
