Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting accurate and
timely financial operations-ensuring that billing, remittances, and
reconciliations are completed efficiently and with precision. What
You'll Do as a Billing Specialist: Create, review, and send out
weekly remittances while keeping open communication with state
boards for approvals and corrections. Maintain accurate billing
records and ensure all transactions are entered and verified
properly. Handle billing calculations, print/mail invoices as
needed, and follow up on outstanding items. Generate and analyze
monthly reports and assist with AR statements. Respond to
billing-related inquiries via phone or email with professionalism
and clarity. Research and resolve unapplied payments by connecting
with customers. Contribute to process improvements that enhance
billing accuracy and efficiency. What Makes You a Great Billing
Specialist: You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in
billing/AR. You're proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot
Tables, etc.). You're customer-focused and communicate clearly both
in writing and over the phone. You're self-motivated and
dependable-you can work independently without close supervision.
You approach your work with accuracy, integrity, and a
solutions-driven mindset. You're organized and capable of juggling
multiple responsibilities with ease. This is a fantastic
