collaboration and remote work. Leadership Opportunity: Leverage
your 10 years of experience, strong background in flow-through
entity taxation, and leadership skills to make a significant impact
on our client-centric approach. Job Details Client Engagement
Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of tax clients, focusing on
flow-through entities, ensuring seamless and accurate service
delivery. Flow-Through Entity Taxation: Demonstrate expertise in
flow-through entity taxation, developing and implementing tax
planning strategies. Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance
with tax regulations for flow-through entities, individuals, and
businesses. Develop and implement tailored tax planning strategies
aligned with our commitment to customized solutions. Team
Leadership: Supervise and mentor a collaborative team of tax
professionals. Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to
professional development. Quality Assurance: Review complex tax
returns related to flow-through entities, implement quality control
procedures, and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality
service. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance,
or Related Field; CPA Required 10 Years' Proven Experience in
Public Accounting and Tax Consulting Strong Knowledge of Federal,
State, and Local Tax Regulations Exceptional Leadership and Team
Management Skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal
Abilities Detail-Oriented with Strong Analytical and
Problem-Solving Skills Proficient in Tax Software and Microsoft
