Healthcare A leading and rapidly growing healthcare organization
providing services to children and families is seeking a Senior
Accountant to join its finance team. This fully remote role offers
high visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to
lead budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
across multiple departments. As a critical member of the finance
team, you'll drive financial insight, develop interactive
dashboards, optimize reporting structures, and support strategic
decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical
capabilities, an eye for process improvement, and a passion for
using data to tell a story. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual
budgeting process , collaborating across departments and presenting
final forecasts to executive leadership. Prepare monthly and
quarterly financial reports using Sage Intacct and Tableau; conduct
variance analysis and provide actionable insights. Design and
maintain financial dashboards to track KPIs and operational
performance. Execute monthly journal entries, account reclasses,
and allocation reviews to ensure accurate cost reporting. Partner
with data and technology teams to enhance reporting efficiency and
automate workflows. Support external audits and tax filings by
preparing and submitting necessary documentation. Continuously
identify financial trends and recommend opportunities for process
or system improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred. Minimum 2
years of experience with Tableau , including building dashboards
and complex calculations; Tableau Certified Analyst a plus. Solid
understanding of GAAP , journal entries, and month-end close
processes. Proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar accounting
platforms; experience with tools like Ramp, Jira, and CentralReach
is a bonus. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working
with large datasets. Healthcare industry experience preferred but
not required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional
