we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Operations
& Accounting Coordinator to support our daily business operations
and financial processes. Position Overview: This is a hands-on,
multifaceted role ideal for someone who enjoys managing both
administrative operations and accounting functions. You will play a
central role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office,
maintaining accurate financial records, and overseeing contract
documentation. This position requires someone who is proactive,
well-organized, and able to balance multiple priorities in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Office
Operations Oversee daily office logistics to maintain an organized,
professional work environment Manage office supplies and coordinate
with vendors, service providers, and utility companies Organize
team calendars, schedule internal meetings, and support company
event planning Accounting & Finance Support Handle accounts payable
and receivable , invoice tracking, and expense entry Assist with
monthly bank reconciliations and generation of financial reports
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation Contract
& Document Management Review and track real estate contracts, lease
agreements , and vendor contracts Maintain digital and physical
filing systems for all contracts and transaction records Manage
signature collection and ensure all required documents are complete
and compliant Qualifications Prior experience in office
administration, accounting , or bookkeeping roles Strong
organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Working
knowledge of accounting principles and tools like QuickBooks
(preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
Familiarity with real estate operations or property management is a
plus Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information
discreetly Must be based in or willing to relocate to Winter Park,
